Location is ideal, just a short walk to the plaza. Had a good experience with the staff. Rooms were clean and updated. The bathroom could use better ventilation; it got really steamy. Parking costs $10 a day, so factor that in. There’s a nice outdoor pool and bike rentals nearby for exploring. Missing a solid breakfast option was a bit disappointing.

Location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Plaza. Room was clean and comfortable. There’s a $10 parking fee that’s not mentioned upfront. Pool was not usable due to dirt. Staff could be more attentive. Nearby golf course and bicycle rentals were easy to access. Not bad for the price.

The room itself had some good points, like the extremely comfortable bed and superior pillows. The hot shower water was absolutely delightful, and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot days. On the downside, we found the room quite small, and the bathroom floor was freezing. The electric socket was inconveniently far from the mirror, making it challenging to style my hair. We were disappointed to find no ironing facilities or tea and coffee making amenities in the room, which would have been a nice touch. there were some communication mishaps, like being told conflicting information about the availability of cribs and the inability to split payment at check-in. The noise from neighboring guests was a major disturbance, leading to a disrupted night's sleep. I appreciated the effort put into updating the property, but it was clear that some areas were neglected. The rooms seemed to only receive surface renovations, and details like dirty bathroom windows and stained carpet detracted from the overall experience. I hoped for a better impression overall, especially given the potential the location and amenities offered.

The Ritz Club offers a fantastic premium gambling experience. The Contemporary Hispanic Market showcases inspiring art. Traditional Spanish Market features amazing handcrafted items. 311 Cafe on the Trail serves delightful French cuisine. The Santa Fe Film Festival is a must for cinema lovers like me. I loved slipping in the dangerous shower and lack of elevator—great fun! .

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center square and all the restaurants. The room was very clean with a nice king, size bed and a freshly painted interior. It was quiet, and the HVAC worked well to keep the room comfortable.

The breakfast options were limited to grab, and, go items like mini muffins and bars, with stale fruit. The shower door and head were fixed, limiting movement, and there was no shampoo provided.

During our city trip, we appreciated the central location of the hotel, allowing us to easily explore old town on foot and visit nearby shops and restaurants. The clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the great pool were definite highlights. Additionally, having secure parking for a small fee was convenient for us.

One downside was the lack of breakfast options, which was unexpected. Additionally, the black-out curtains in our room were not very effective, and the chain blocking the driveway entrance was poorly marked, resulting in some inconvenience and minor damage to our car.

The proximity to the casino added an exciting element to our family trip, offering entertainment options for everyone.

My wife says that a designated kids' play area could have elevated our family experience.

Had a blast with my friends hitting up the casinos nearby and joining the art show in the city. Even got tips from the Front Desk about cool PINK LADY TOURS right from the hotel lobby. Perfect for young party animals like us!

Wish there was a lively bar with music and dancing for a bit more nightlife fun.
